Just Announced – Miley Cyrus to Star in Upcoming Movie

Miley Cysus is set to star in an upcoming untitled film that is being written for her, according to Variety. Author Nicholas Sparks, who has also written The Notebook, A Walk to Remember and Message in a Bottle, is penning an untitled novel and simultaneously working on a screenplay. The role is being written especially for the 15-year-old “Hannah Montana” starlet.

After meeting with Disney execs, Miley named Sparks’ “A Walk to Remember” as an example of projects she’d want to headline. So Sparks agreed to write a novel (due in fall 2009) and screenplay adaptation for the film.

Miley’s mom, Tish, will be executive producing the movie.  The plot details are being kept under wraps.  Miley reportedly hopes to make a film like A Walk to Remember, which earned singer Mandy Moore  praise for her acting abilities.

trick-or-treaters and party guests.

Going trick-or-treating?

	Swords, knives, and similar costume accessories should be short, soft, and flexible.
	Avoid trick-or-treating alone. Walk in groups or with a trusted adult.
	Fasten reflective tape to costumes and bags to help drivers see you.
	Examine all treats before eating them for choking hazards and tampering. Limit the amount of treats you eat.
	Hold a flashlight while trick-or-treating to help you see and others see you.
	Always test make-up in a small area first and remove it before bedtime to prevent skin and eye irritation.
	Look both ways before crossing the street and use established crosswalks wherever possible.
	Lower your risk for serious eye injury by not wearing decorative contact lenses.
	Only walk on sidewalks or on the far edge of the road facing traffic to stay safe.
	Wear well-fitting masks, costumes, and shoes to avoid blocked vision, trips, and falls.
	Eat only commercially-wrapped treats. Avoid eating homemade treats unless you know the chef well.
	Entering homes for treats should be avoided unless accompanied by a trusted adult.
	Never walk near lit candles or luminaries. Be sure to wear flame-resistant costumes.

Expecting trick-or-treaters or party guests?

• Provide healthier treats for trick-or-treaters, such as individual
  packs of raisins, trail mix, and pretzels. For party guests, offer a
  variety of fruits, vegetables, and cheeses.
• Use party games
  and trick-or-treat time as an opportunity for kids to get their daily dose
  of 60 minutes of physical activity.
• Be sure walking areas and stairs
  are well-lit and free of obstacles that could result in falls.
• Keep candle-lit jack-o’-lanterns and luminaries away from doorsteps, walkways, landings, and
  curtains. Place them on sturdy tables, keep them out of the reach of pets
  and small children, and never leave them unattended.
• Remind drivers to watch out for trick-or-treaters and to drive safely.

Miley Cyrus has agreed to a request by Dancing With The Stars contestant and her Hannah Montana co-star Cody Linley to appear on an upcoming episode of the show.

Though she’s super-busy with her acting and singing careers, she plans on stopping by the Dancing with the Stars studio in the near future to support her “Hannah Montana” co-star Cody Linley.

Linley told press, “I talked to Miley the other day and said, ‘Hey, homey, I’m going to your birthday party, so you need to come see me on Dancing with the Stars!’” “She is super busy,” he added, “but she is definitely planning on coming to see me!”

Miley, who turns 16 on November 23, will be celebrating her birthday on Sunday, October 5, with a bash at California’s Disneyland. Nearly 5,000 lucky fans will also be joining Miley by paying $250 to attend.
